"The rooms are smaller than expected, but they are nice and well-maintained. My room was very clean and we had plenty of towels and other items that we would need for our short stay. One challenge was the tv remote the tv. Intermittently, the television would shut off or return to the home screen, and at times, the tv would not respond to the remote at all. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Staff was super helpful, engaged, and customer service forward. We stayed for a full week at a very busy time during Indy 500 week. We will be back, as we were very happy with our stay! Even staff helping with breakfast offerings were smiling and helping to satisfy everyone. Please keep current staff as I know there is new management."

"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."

"The people at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The room itself had some issues, such as a strange chicken like smell as soon as I opened the door and tried to walk in. Further in, it wasn't as noticeable, though. The ceiling light did not have a working light bulb, and pressing the switch confirmed that. I had to prop the door open when I arrived after dark, to find a lamp to turn on.
