"Paid online with expedia. As soon as we arrive she ask for our the name on reservation. When i tried to pull up confirmation the web cleared and i screenshot my confirmation number. She seem like she deleted our reservation because as soon as i tried to check she sent a message on Expedia to us to say nothing. Proceeded to seem like she was checking us in.
