"Overall experience was fantastic! The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. All of the staff were SO nice! The food was delicious. We did have a hard time booking Zen and never got to eat there. We had friends that got in and said 2 of 6 tables was empty. (Tables sat 10 each). All and all it was a great place and we would go again. "

"The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."

"If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. "Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent.
Very old and not maintained property.
It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive.
At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat.
Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that.
I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure.
To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach.
Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive.
To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport.

"Having read the reviews of this resort, our expectations before our trip were not high. However, the resort put every bad review to shame and we had an amazing stay.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room may have been slightly outdated but had everything we needed and was clean. We absolutely loved the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets.
All hotel facilities worked perfectly. We had no issues finding lounge chairs at any time of the day (both by the pool and on the beach), and we enjoyed the various water sport activities available. We also went on the snorkel tour, which was a great experience and ended up being just the two of us.
Based on previous experiences at all-inclusive resorts, we expected that we would be going out to eat most of the time. However, the food was fantastic so there was no need to eat elsewhere. Great variety of (mostly) Caribbean dishes with great flavors. We were very happy with the food and missed it when we got home after our trip.
Every person on the staff that we interacted with was lovely, funny and accommodating. They offered great service, tips for the area and great banter.
We would not think twice about coming back and staying at this great resort!"
"Our stay was very disappoiting. Good location but very old fashioned with worn-out furniture. Not a single smile from the 2 people being in charge at the hotel. The cook was also the carpenter, painter etc. and wore dirty clothes while making our breakfast. Most importantly - we never recevied our USD100 deposit back despite being promised so. They do not take the telephone anymore. Overall - not recommendable. "
