"Room was fine. Included a mini kitchen and a recliner. Staff was great. Bath tub need some old people bars to help with stability on a slick surface. Minor problem. TV had many cable channels including sports channels which was great for a Saturday night stay."

"Staff was very friendly and got us into another room. The first room stunk like mildew and a big cockroach on the floor. Moved us into a nice suite but it was next to the ice machine. Sounded like a compressor going off every 5 minutes. Got up in the morning to eat breakfast and another cockroach was crawling down the hallway on the main floor."

"This was not the best stay. I needed to ask someone to come vacuum my room after I checked in. The floor was gross. There was no ice in the ice machine and the vending machine did not dispense drinks. The shuttle was not ready for airport transfer even though it was requested ahead of time and the staff was not all that friendly."

"THE BEDS WERE CLEAN BUT ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, COMODE WOULDN'T FLUSH GOOD AND SHOWER HEAD JUST DRIBBLE WATER, room needed good cleaning, staff was ok."

"There was poop on the bathroom walls, roaches in the room, complained, received no refund or compensation. Immediately booked something else and just ate the bill. Would never recommend anyone to stay here."

"Room hadn’t been swept or wiped down room were full of roaches. Had to call somebody out to come spray around the room in front of the door. The placemat was disgusting hose all in the walls toilet tissue holder finna come out the wall. This was the worst experience I ever had at this location and I come to this location very very often."

"Very clean townhouse. Well stocked. Perfect for our quick visit to ECU. Would definitely stay again."
