"Fabulous home. Home is laid out beautifully. Entire team was super comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Back porch made for a perfect location to have our design thinking session. House was super clean, we arrived following a storm so we had a little outdoor cleaning to do before the team arrived but at no fault to the host. "Great place in a great community. Very quiet. Three other comments - I didn't get door instructions so I had to call (maybe I missed them). The manager resolved that quickly. Very clean place inside, although the outside porch could use a sweeping and wipedown. 3. I'm used to a binder with instructions, so I missed the wifi instructions on the wall until I called the manager (duh, but for anyone who always looks for a binder this could help you too haha). "

"Our stay was great! This place has an amazing yard and dock. Easy access into the water for our kayaks and paddle boards. There are houses close to each other all up and down the lake, but we appreciated that this yard had a bit of privacy and tree coverage from the neighbors. House had everything we needed and then some; even stocked with snacks and sauces, cooking spray, spices, etc. We also appreciated the set up of the living room and kitchen- accommodating for our group of adults."

He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house."
