"This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again."

"Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach."

"A perfect vacation rental for 4 couples - each bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and separate air conditioning and a wonderful gathering spot for all in the kitchen and living room. We were delighted to walk directly onto the deck only to see our own beach with epic views."

"We had the best week in this wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. I especially loved the high ceilings and the proximity to the beach, pool and pool bar and grill. "We live in Florida near beaches and used to resorts like this. However the water in the Bahamas is amazing! The villa has everything you need and it's nice to save a little eating out every meal (bring groceries from Marsh Harbor as the minimart has basics). Treasure Cay is a quiet little town still recovering from hurricane Dorian. It's great for 2 days, more if you're looking to be away longer."

"Ocean Villas was a great location in Treasure Cay! The view was breath taking and a quick walk to the beach. The villa was perfect for four adults. Everything is updated and each bedroom with en-suite provided great privacy. I highly recommend the villa and hope to be back soon!"

"This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....
