View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers."

"Had a great vacation at this location and highly recommend. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of Mt Mansfield. Parking is conveniently located a short walk from the room and the hotel has everything you could possibly need. Great place for a family vacation with lots to do. We were there over 4th of July weekend and the hotel was at capacity but still never felt overly crowded. Restaurants were all excellent and we never needed reservations. "We had a wonderful stay! Great location for walking into town but also to drive to different places. The host was responsive to our needs. Nice rooms, great for our family of four. Mattress could be updated in room with queen bed. Kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. Great shower in the bathroom. "

"We visited Middlebury to do some bicycling in the area (Great biking). The lodging was great in every respect. Air conditioning was appreciated due to very hot weather. Looking out the windows at Otter Creek was a benefit. "

"Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving."
