"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"We had such a nice time at this amazing home. I booked this property with the intention of having more family members present, but plans changed. My husband and I had the home to ourselves, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was just like being at home. I am very particular about cleanliness and find myself having to clean hotel rooms and rentals to my standards most of the time and still feel grungy about them sometimes. Not the case here!! It was truly well cared for and...

"We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "

"My family of 4 which includes 2 year old and 3 year old boys spent Thursday to Monday at the rental at Vilano beach. David was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Before the trip, we had planned to take the short drive to Saint Augustine. However, we never made the drive because we had so much fun at the beach, Vilano, and the house. "Our stay was wonderful. The home was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had lots of thoughtful touches with plenty of supplies. "This location truly cannot be beat!! You’re steps from the Old jail/ trolley and from The Fountain of Youth park. Quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Managed to pack in so much because the location!!!The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed! The entrance is in the back which was a little confusing but only when we first arrived. It was wonderful coming back to a cold place after the humidity! I do wish the bed had a mattress topper as it’s a bit firm. "

"This is a beautiful property, very well equiped with everything you need for a weekend getaway to the beach. House was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us, our 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws. and new grandson. Easy drive in to St. Augustine and great to be able to walk outside to the beach. Armando made sure we had everything we needed. WIll stay again if we are in the area!"

"This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year."

"This place was really clean and was the perfect location. Just a short walk over the bridge to the historic district that has great restaurants or a quick drive to the beach. The interior decor had amazing antique furniture and decor . We would absolutely stay here again. The dedicated 2 parking spaces were a big bonus as parking in these areas can sometimes be a big hassle. "

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
