Dejligt hotel med skøn beliggenhed. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme og både strand og pool er med gode faciliteter. Morgenmads buffeten er alsidig og lækker. God underholdning om aftenen og hvis man vil en tur til Rhodos by går bussen lige uden for hotellet. Helt sikkert et besøg værd!

vi havde 3 værelser med udsigt til vandet, lækkert hotel med super venligt personale. Alle var ude på at enhver gæst skulle føle sig velkommen og tilfreds og det blev vi.

Not worth five star and very horrible service
The hotel is very old and doesn't live up to the 5 star rating they have. The staff at the hotel isn't very friendly and not at all service minded. We will not come back to this hotel. The only good about it is the pool area right next to the beach

Dear Valued Guest Thank you for having chosen Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness for your vacation and for the time you devoted in sharing the experience of your stay with us. As I have already answered to your review on other consumer review web site, kindly please note that emails are answered within an appropriate (and usually universally accepted) timeframe of 24 hours, however your query was sent at 22:05 the evening before your arrival. As per your comment about our staff, allow me to assure you that all our staff, apart from other widely spoken languages, speaks fluent English. Following your mention about beach towels service, allow me to inform you that here at Rodos Palladium we are very concerned about our environmental responsibility and we are already initiated procedures to be ISO 14000 certified. Among our environment-friendly actions we have decided to have a minimal fee for those guests who want to change towels within the day as a measure to increase environmental awareness and reduce unnecessary environmental impact. On the other hand, I truly regret to read that you were not satisfied with your room, and particularly with your request for a double bed. Kindly please note that the request on your reservation (available at your disposal) clearly states: “non-smoking room with 1 double or 2 twin beds” and there is no specific request for a double bed. Regarding your comment about the bed softness, please note that while our beds are equipped with branded mattresses, which are ideal for a comfortable sleep, we also provide upon request a 10 cm upper mattress in order to meet the needs of the most demanding guests. Should we had been informed about it, we would have gladly added an upper mattress. Moreover, I feel obliged to stress that all our guestrooms are equipped with LCD TV, starting from 26 inches (in double rooms) up to 40 inches (in Suites). In addition, the DVD is required by the majority of our guests and we proudly provide it as a standard facility in all our rooms, being one of a few hotels that provide such equipment free of charge. All our rooms are equipped with mini fridges, however guests may request at the reception desk to be filled as mini bars. Finally, in terms of our breakfast buffet allow me to mention that Rodos Palladium has been awarded by Hospitality Awards 2015 the gold medal as the best Greek Hotel & Resort Dining Experience, and from that point we have raised our standards even further in regards to our buffet variety and quality. I would like to thank you once again for the time you took to share your review. I am sorry that, in contrast with the majority of our guests, we did not manage to fulfil your expectations. Helpful staff, loads of Sun loungers on the beach which was good. Very good range of choice for the breakfast. Tennis courts and crazy golf. Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road

My family and I stayed at the Rodos Palladium Leidure and Wellness Hotel for three nights and we had an amazing time there. The staff were super friendly and always helped us whenever we had an enquiry. We were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday and I mentioned this to management and on her birthday, we received a free cake from them. This was so kind and we really appreciated it! I will definitely be coming back to stay at Rodos Palladium and will recommend it to friends and family!

Excellent hotel with great entertainment and buffet meals. Good facilities but didn’t use the Spa as it was rather expensive which was a shame. Rhodes town is easily accessible by bus and the water park is within walking distance. Took my daughter who is 17 and she was disappointed that there were no other people her age.

What a great hotel resort to stay at for a whole week. My wife and I, enjoyed our time there while visiting Rhodos. The Honeymoon package was a real treat; a friendly and warm welcome by the staff, the suite was large, clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary food and drinks. The Palladium has a few stores to shop in case you forgot anything. So much to do at the hotel and you can spend all your time there cause theres so much to do. Mrs. Stephanie Ollier was a great help and host from planning the honeymoon package and ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. I say all of this to say, this is a great hotel resort and their staff is amazing, definitely worth visiting.

Après de nombreux séjours dans ce complex, je pense que pour la première fois je peux écrire que je n'y retournerai pas. Très cher pour aucun service digne d'un 5*. J'ai demandé un départ tardif, on m'a accordé 60 minutes (12 h au lieu de 11h). A 12h00, les femmes de ménage ont frappé à la porte ! Petit-déjeuner médiocre. Café et cappuccino décevant.

Nous sommes déçus d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas répondu aux attentes que nous nous efforçons d'offrir à nos précieux clients.Concernant votre demande de départ tardif, je comprends à quel point ce service peut être important pour nos clients. Malheureusement, ces dernières années, gérer les départs tardifs est devenu de plus en plus difficile pour nous. La disponibilité des chambres pour les clients entrants varie et pendant la haute saison, il devient particulièrement compliqué de prévoir des heures de départ tardives prolongées, car les heures d'arrivée ne nous sont pas toujours communiquées. Veuillez accepter nos excuses pour tout inconvénient que cela a pu causer, et nous apprécions sincèrement votre compréhension à ce sujet.A propos de vos commentaires sur le petit-déjeuner, je tiens à vous assurer que nous avons maintenu notre engagement à fournir des produits et services de haute qualité. Nous n'avons apporté aucun changement à la qualité de notre offre de petit-déjeuner et nous continuons à utiliser les mêmes ingrédients de haute qualité que les années précédentes. Je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre que vous ayez trouvé le café et le cappuccino décevants pendant votre séjour, et nous répondrons certainement à ce problème avec notre équipe.Encore une fois, merci pour votre fidélité à notre hôtel. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Hotel. Am Pool wie auch am Strand standen ausreichend Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool gegönnt. Das Zimmer war riesig, sehr sauber & gepflegt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
