Super dejlig lejlighed og pool område. Der var rent og pænt over det hele. Dejlig morgenmads buffet. Rigtige gode restauranter i Den gamle by. Den strand som var i nærheden, var overfyldt! Gode og billige bus forbindelser til Stalida, Hersonnes og Heraklion.

Das Hotel war super. Alles war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt: eine ruhige Umgebung mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer in der Ferne. Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm, mit tollen Liegen, ideal zum Entspannen. In die Stadt gelangt man in nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort erwartet einen eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Besonders reizvoll ist die Altstadt mit ihren verwinkelten Gassen und charmanten kleinen Restaurants, darunter viele traditionelle griechische Tavernen.

The property was very nice, quiet, with pool and good breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Ana advised for places to visit . The hotel is close to the old city with a lot of places to eat but is far by foot from the beach and the beach road. That is of course the disadvantage of the place.

A little gem and great value
We had a last minute stay due to changes ti our travel plans, and arrived very late at night as a result. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful bar person who helped us to check in and showed us to our room. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. We also enjoyed the terrace area (we had a larger type of room), pool area and views. Topped off by a tasty breakfast the next morning. As we were only there for a night we didnt get a chance to explore the area but couldn't fault the welcome, facilities and value for money.

Det var väldigt fint och roligt. Frukosten var utmärkt. Utsikten var väldigt fin. Dem som jobbar i hotellet städar varje dag. Det var rent. Städerskorna städade rummen varje dag. Wifi var okej. Det funkade mest utomhus än inomhus.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience you had concerning the room size but when you made the reservation you asked for a specific room number and you received it but after your arrival, you decided that you didn't like it and you chose another room that is exactly like the one that you asked but it was 10m2 smaller than the previous.It is also to be regretted that there was noise between 02:00-06:00 but I am trying to understand if it was from the hotel that was almost empty from the side that was your room since we were at the end of the season or if it was from the road that you chosed to be your room! La ubicacion esta bien, puedes ir andando al pueblo, son 5 min, y a la playa, son 22 min. El desayuno es correcto, sin alardes, el personal es muy atento y amable. Te ponen toallas limpias todos los dias pero no te hacen la cama todos los dias. Las fotos de las habitaciones no corresponden con la realidad.

Bel hôtel avec une magnifique piscine. A 10 mn à pied du vieux Malia . La chambre est très confortable( manque table de chevet). Bon petit déjeuner ( sauf les jus de fruits très mauvais). Agréable séjour séjour dans l'ensemble.

Agréable séjour, dommage que nous aillons perdu une journée et une nuit + 2 petits déjeuners payés d'avance à cause de Transavia qui a annulé notre vol que nous avons reprogrammé que 2 jours après cet avarie pas de vol possible avant.... d'où notre déception. Sofia par son accueil chaleureux a su nous remonter le moral malgré ce trop court séjour.

Toujours un plaisir de retourner dans cet hôtel et de retrouver le même personnel charmant. L’endroit est idéal pour se reposer, la piscine est très agréable et le fait d’être sur les hauteurs est très appréciable pour la vue et le calme. Il est très facile à pieds d’aller dans le vieux Malia pour dîner ou aller faire du shopping. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, le seul petit souci c’est que l’on ne peut pas faire le noir complet dans la chambre. Pour moi c’est un petit paradis.

Hôtel super avec très bonne piscine je recommande mais loin à pied de la mer donc je conseille de louer un quad nous somme allée chez Hermés pour en louer un en face du Mcdonald qui sont sérieux et très aimable concernant l’hôtel en lui meme il est très propre les réceptionnistes très agréables et à l’écoute les femmes de ménages qui sont super gentil et qui passent tout les 13h pour nettoyer la chambre je recommande ! 👍

La chambre familiale vue mer est magique
Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants (8 et 10) Nous avions le bungalow au début de notre séjour puis la chambre familiale (un appartement 2 chambres vue sur mer) L’appartement est pas vraiment équipé pour cuisiner. Autrement tout y est. Il est bien plus grand que le bungalow avec 2 grandes chambres. 2 balcons avec la vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un régal. On aurait préféré celui ci dès le début pour un léger surcoût. Possibilité de faire un Check out tardif (16h au lieu de 12h pour 20€) Bien pratique avec notre vol de 18h)

Un hôtel où on se sent bien pour les vacances
Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants (8 et 10ans) dans le bungalow familiale. Il était propre et confortable. Situé à l’extrémité de l’établissement au calme. Service de chambre appréciable. L’établissement est très agréable, la piscine est très chouette et grande Les enfants ont adoré. Le plus de cet hôtel est l’équipe qui la compose et qui apporte une bonne ambiance au site. On se sent comme à la maison. On recommande tous les 4 pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les prix au bar sont un peu excessifs dans les points négatifs. Nous allions dîner dans les tavernes de la vieille ville à 10 min de marche. Très pratique. Bref un endroit familiale et bien tenu où nous avons apprécié notre séjour en crête.

Nous allons dans ce petit havre de paix depuis quelques années et à chaque fois nous sommes ravis. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la vue et du calme tout en restant très accessible à pied ou en voiture des restaurants, boutiques et de la plage, les chambres sont agréables, propres et joliment décorées, il y a une belle piscine et tout le personnel est adorable. À chaque fois c’est dur de devoir repartir.

Late check in 👍. Arrivée vers 21h et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre et effectuer le check in le lendemain. Petit déjeuner correct. Accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Cependant la ville de Malia en cette periode de post Covid reste très calme. Les plages à plus 30 mn sur la côte est sont accessibles et très jolies.

Lovely hotel - No customer service
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, good showers. All beds are just twins pushed together. The pool is clean, and plenty of sun loungers including 4 cabanas - all just on a first come, first served basis. The bar/restaurant was open for lunch and breakfast, but not open in the evening. We were not informed of this prior to arrival. There was a lack of staff at the hotel. The only person there all day is the very lovely lady running the pool bar. We arrived at 1200 and the bar lady had to show us to our rooms. The hotel is a gold rewards hotel, one of the reasons I booked it. It was about 1/3rd full, but as there was no front of house staff. I managed to speak to the receptionist on the 2nd day and was informed that they have never heard of gold rewards program and they do not offer upgrades (even though I checked and every type of room was available) Unfortunately the hot water stopped working in our part of the hotel, and again due to the lack of staff, the only person to inform was the bar lady. It took 2 days to get fixed, so that was 2 days with no hot water and we weren’t offered anywhere else to shower - even though it wasn’t the whole hotel without hot water. We also lost hot water for another day, som3 days in total. Never received an apology or explanation, as there were no staff. I know we traveled during COVID and some changes were to be expected, but having no Front of house staff, and no hot water is very poor.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience but as you already mentioned due to Covid-19 the pool/bar restaurant was open until 18:30 every day!As far as it concerns your arrival time, it was much after 14:00 and the lady that showed you the room, has kindly asked you to come and check in in the afternoon since we had a gap. We have gold rewards only for Expedia members and you have booked through Hotels.com and we offer free upgrade only if in case we have available rooms and if it is necessary. You have booked a superior studio with sea view and exactly that you received! Despite that, i proposed you a higher floor room that would have side sea view and you denied! As far as the hot water is concerned, i would like to remind you that there was only one day that there wasn’t hot water (in the evening) because of a technical problem , which we solved next day in the morning and that was in the whole hotel and not only in your rooms. Finally, the reception was always there and in the morning and in the evening but you never came to inform us about anything, despite that you were passing from infront to go to your rooms! Nice stay
It was a good experience over all. It's quite area, but busy and narrow roads to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean place.

Réceptionniste hautaine qui devrait changer de métier. Formule indiquant un transfert aller-retour. Au retour on nous indique qu’on doit partir le matin alors que notre vol n’est qu’en fin d’après-midi (car l’hôtel devait récupérer d’autres clients le matin et ne veulent pas faire d’aller-retour pour rien). Si nous avions su par avance que c’est l’hôtel qui décide de l’heure où ils nous emmènent à l’aéroport nous n’aurions pas pris la formule afin de privilégier un autre moyen de transfert à notre convenance.

Dear Guest , Thank you for your comment! The shuttle services are not private taxis you can book any time you wish, but are provided for free for both of our hotels guests ,so all the guests have to be a little bit flexible with the time,in case there are changes. You were given two options and yet you were demanding the time that was unavailable. Not to mention that I was looking for you all day long as you never came by the reception to actually book a time! Your flight was at 13.00 and not in the evening as you mention in your comment . In addition you started yelling at me in front of other guests and my colleagues , while I was just trying to explain you the problem . Lastly , it is not acceptable to threaten me with a bad review in front of colleagues and guests , as you did. Your representative was apologizing for your behaviour and even tried to short it out, but once again you were demanding that time. At the end you booked the shuttle and then yelled at my colleague for trying to find you in the morning , as you decided not to use the service , without of course informing us. Behaviours like these are uncivilized , desrespectful and unaccepted. You are free to express your opinion and its welcomed,but you should be treating people more kindly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and modern. Swimming pool area was clean and well planned. Sun beds were amazing. Never had such comfortable and luxurious sun beds at a hotel before.
