Our hotel is located 5km from the picturesque fishing village Mastichari and 18km from Kos town and it is regrettable that this made you feel isolated. Please be informed that we are a Half-Board hotel and not an All-inclusive hotel, meaning that charges for extra services do apply. The charges applied for all services are equivalent to our hotel’s category though. With regards to the “inauthentic feel” we can only accept your personal subjective opinion, although we believe this is not the case. The majority of our personnel is Greek, the food offered at our Buffet is about 80% Greek food and we offer authentic Greek hospitality. Regarding the use of placemats, we understand that tablecloths are a traditional part of fine dining. However, we believe that placemats are a more sustainable option. Washing white tablecloths uses a lot of water and energy, and it can also release harmful chemicals into the environment. By using placemats, we are able to reduce our environmental impact and help to protect the environment. We also believe that placemats can be as elegant and stylish as tablecloths. We have chosen high-quality placemats that we believe will enhance the dining experience. Further to this, the use of placemats is a trend that many high-end restaurants are adopting lately for environmental reasons. We also understand that you have a preference for men to wear long pants in the dining room.
