Meget velholdt og rent hotel
Det var bare et dejligt sted, og vi nød i fulde drag udsigten over vandet, og min mand de mange badeture. Vi lejede en scoter og for os er det den allerbedste måde at nyde landskabet på, idet vi mærker vinden, oplever duftene og kommer langt omkring.

The staff and food were so amazing at the Athens Gate hotel and the same for Mykonos. The staff at this place rarely smiled or answered back to your hello. It was a real disappointment after the amazing customer service we have received. The breakfast was average compared to the other hotels mentioned. The dinner was good. The bed was not comfortable as well. We won’t be back.

Exellent stay. Super clean, the food was absolutely delicious and fresh, the beach is just right there with very clear water. I loved every minute.

Una agradable estancia en Naxos
La experiencia fue muy buena. El trato del personal fue muy bueno. La habitación y las instalaciones grandiosas. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Las sombrillas y reposeras gratis lo mismo que las toallas de playa. El único detalle que nos molestó fue que en la habitación de arriba, dejaron el jacuzzi encendido y a las 2 AM el ruido era insoportable y tuvimos que llamar a la recepción.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort! Staff was welcoming and quick to offer a hand. Breakfast buffet had an amazing assortment of food and pastries. The food on their regular menu was delicious. The rooms were well appointed and clean. We would definitely come back for another stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect! Direct access to an amazing beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. It's also only about a 5-10 min drive to Naxos city, if you're looking for a larger town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that we stayed in a room with an outdoor hotel, but never really got to use it because it was only lukewarm. We asked if they could turn up the temperature, and they did, but it still was barely warm. Not sure if this was just our room or some kind of eco-friendly saving strategy, but it was a bit of a disappointment. But overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Welcomed by Vicky the very first day and every day. She made us feel like family, giving us recommendations on seeing the island. She coordinated our rental car and had it delivered to the hotel. Room was outstanding, breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Convenient to restaurants and public transport. Beach access, chairs and umbrellas were included in the room rate, and were well maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating! Thank you! We will be back!

Excellent choice!
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was delicious. The beach was very relaxing, and it was so nice to have the beach chairs included with the stay. The pool, gym, and spa facilities were also great. We were very happy with our stay at Liana and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Naxos!

Great location and new modern upscale resort. Stayed four nights with 8 and 6 yr. The Elite suite was great, two large bathrooms was good surprise there. The complimentary breakfast had everything you might want. Sandy beach with comfy hotel chairs across the street serviced by the hotel. Good size pool and swallow pool for little kids. Excellent service from check in to check out. Highly recommend would stay again.

Don’t look any further! The Liana is a beautiful property, centrally located, on the beach, and has the most amazing staff and management. Everyone is so gracious. The rooms are well appointed, clean linens daily, beach towels daily, sun beds for guest use on the beach, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. Steps to the bus stop or the hotel will arrange a car rental for you to explore other parts of the island- which I highly recommend. We can’t say enough about how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff at the Liana are! Made our trip!

The location of this property can’t be beat! Directly across from the beach with free lounge chairs!! Staff was so friendly !!! Room was excellent and breakfast was amazing!! Would be my first choice if we visit again!! As close to perfect as you can get!!!!

A Gem of a Hotel
A lovely hotel located on the beach in Agios Prokopias, Naxos. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. The stag were outstanding and very accommodating. The location is excellent - close to shops and dining.

Bel hôtel qui est situé en face de la plage (l’autre bord de la rue). La plage est magnifique et l’hotel y offre le service du bar et restaurant directement. Les chambres sont très belles et luxueuses. Le buffet déjeuner est ordinaire, il faut prendre le café d’une machine automatisée et le lait est stagnant sur une table. Le service à la clientèle à la réception n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout était compliqué pendant notre séjour face aux quelques demandes que nous avions (faire du lavage, louer un quad). À notre départ, ils nous ont chargé un extra et ils n’étaient pas capable de nous expliquer de quoi il s’agissait. La réceptionnait se contredisait et malgré qu’elle nous a affirmé que c’était son erreur nous avons quand même dû payer. Nous sommes partis de ce séjour très amers malheureusement.

Had a extremely relaxing time here with our 4 year old. Staff were so friendly, property was beach front and there were beach umbrellas and chairs owned by the hotel to use for free. Beach was one of the best ones on the island, and 2mins walk to an array of restaurants and shops. If you want to see the island we suggest hiring a car, the rental places are all down the road and cheap! Overall, we would definitely come back, and stay here in the future.

Immediately upon arrival, we were met by the host (Crystal) who gave us a tour of the propert. Our bags were delivered to our room and we were given an early check-in time. The office staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. We a rranged transfers and a car rental through them. There was never a problem. All the drivers were informative and helpful. The location was perfect, with access to the beach directly across the street. The amenities at the beach and hotel were comfortable and classy. The hotel is in a nice small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants a few steps away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back.

The beach was right in front of the hotel, towels for beach were abundant, staff very hospitable, walking distance to all stores, food, taxi’s and buses. I found shops open 24 hours. Hotels breakfast buffet and restaurant had a beautiful view of the beach and everything was very clean!

Ottima location per trascorrere delle vacanze rilassanti, posizione strategica vicino alle migliori spiaggie e il porto. Ristorante e bar molto buono! Da migliorare la parte del centro estetico, ho prenotato un massaggio ma non mi ha soddisfatto, per essere al top inserire organico di esperienza per il centro estetico , soprattutto per i massaggi .

Même si l’hôtel est correct malgré la route très passante entre le restaurant et la plage et le pdj moyen, notre séjour a été gaché par le transfert entre l’hôtel et le port effectué par la voiture de l’hôtel car nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 valises explosées sur 4 et l’employé responsable qui a vite déguerpi… du coup 2 valises à,acheter en urgence sur le port pour pouvoir prendre le ferry et continuer le voyage… et quand j’ai contacté l’hôtel pour leur expliquer ce qu’il s’était passé, aucunes excuses, ils m’ont simplement traité de menteur !!!! Nous ne mettrons plsu jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel !

Dear Mr Gilles,Thank you for taking the time to share your review and your opinion.It is very sad to read your comments with regards to the luggage situation you have described, which was only reported 7 days after your departure from our hotel.In our communication, we have clearly stated how we sympathise with you on this unfortunate incident you described.However, after the investigation with our staff noone recalls an issue with your luggage, neither anything was reported to the driver or the hotel. We only received your email to report this 7 days after your departure.We have never called you a liar. This is untrue!Certainly this would never be our intention. We sincerely apologise if you felt that way. We simply stated the facts and that unfortunately we can't take responsibility when we get a report after 7 days of a reported incident.As a business that operates for over 10 years, we are very proud and known for our ethics. When we are wrong, we take responsibility for it, and there also cases we can make exceptions and act on goodwill. However we can't be held responsible when there is no evidence to indicate we are at fault. We feel this is an unfair review which is based on an incident you only reported with a 7 day delay and there is no evidence we have any responsibility for.With kind regards

Nice but could be better
Nice hotel but a bit dated. The AC in the rooms did not cool all that well. Also the shower did not work well. Overall felt it was a bit dated and needed renovations. Service was great as was the location. Away from main Naxos town but right across from the beach.

The room you have booked is one the few that hasn;t been renovated the last couple of years, and we understand there is a difference compared to all other rooms of the hotel. However, this is displayed in our photos. We are pleased to inform you though that these rooms will also be totally refurbished this winter, and from summer 2023 these rooms will surely have a very fresh look. Best regards
