Skønt hotel. Kan anbefales at prøve
Hotellet ligger i udkanten af Corfu by med ca. 3 km til centrum, men der er by hele vejen til centrum. Man kan sagtens gå turen - ellers bestiller receptionen snildt en taxa til centrum (pris 10 euro) Hotellet ligger helt ned til havet, og den parklignende have rummer store pools. Man kan placere sig hvor man har lyst. Ved poolen, i haven eller ved havet. Stedet er ikke overbefolket og der er altid liggestole uanset tidspunktet på dagen. Værelse med udsigt er et must - for udsigten er virkelig skøn. Masser af fritidsaktiviteter, som for hovedpartens vedkommende er gratis at benytte. Vi havde all inklusive og det kan også anbefales. Bunker af varieret mad fra 0700 til 2300- uden ophold på forskellige restauranter / barer. Naturligvis også frie drikkevarer og fri drinks/cocktails mv så det er svært at bruge en euro på hotelområdet. Alt på hotellet foregår med græsk venlighed/afslappet charme så det er svært ikke at føle sig særdeles velkommen. Eneste minus er at der ikke er wifi på værelserne, men kun i bar-området.

Skønt familiehotel
Vi rejste 2 voksne og 2 små børn på hhv. 4 og 1 år. Vi har været meget tilfredse med hotellet, som vi varmt kan anbefale til alle børnefamilier. Hotellets gæster er fortrinsvis britiske børnefamilier. Der er dog både i restauranten og ved poolen afsnit, der er reserveret til voksne gæster - en rigtig god løsning. Hotellet har alle de faciliteter, man behøver som småbørnsfamilie. To store pools, en lille børnepool og en lavvandet og meget børnevenlig strand. Servicen er i top, maden lækker og stemningen på hotellet rolig og afslappet. Det er et "must" at bestille værelse mod havet - udsigten er fantastisk. Hotellet er beliggende 15 minutters kørsel fra lufthavnen. Vi tog en taxa fra lufthavnen - de holder lige uden for forhallen - til 15 euro. Da vi skulle hjem bestilte hotellet en taxa for os. Korfu by nås med bus på ca. 10 minutter, der er stoppested lige uden for hotellet. Ligeledes ligger der en stor Lidl meget nær hotellet, her kan man købe alt det, der ikke var plads til i kufferten - bl.a. bleer fra Libero etc. :-) Alt i alt en skøn ferie på et rigtig dejligt hotel. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage. Bemærk i øvrigt at navnet Louis Kerkyra Golf refererer til Korfu by (Kerkyra) og beliggenheden (bugten ved Korfu by) - det har intet at gøre med sporten golf :-)

Lovely holiday as booked very short notice, my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair the toilets by the smaller pool were not that great to access as had a incline to it, it could have been better with a longer incline to the toilets as a few times his wheelchair got caught and one time tipped, luckily my husband does have some mobility where he could use his crutches. There are other toilets for the othe pool which are on the flat but wanted the quieter pool. A massive shout out to ALL the staff who were always happy to help out and were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely stay. Food is lovely and the salad selection is vast- fresh and delicious. Also had low alcohol beers and great mocktails. 2 large pools with plenty of sun loungers and space. Best part is the phenomenal views looking at out. Staff and service top notch and the rooms are exactly like the photos.

I liked almost everything about the property. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The place felt safe. It was very clean, towels got changed every day. The beds and the sunbeds were the comfiest I have every known on holiday. The food was wonderful. Just a couple of small niggles, the coffee and tea served at breakfast wasn't always particularly hot. The sunbeds were reserved and whilst the hotel said it was not allowed, did nothing to address it. It was hard to find an area outside away from other guests who smoked.

Zeer goed hotel met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg lekker en gevarieerd eten. Alles is erg schoon en de ligbedden aan het zwembad zijn super. Ook zitten de hotelgasten niet op elkaar, genoeg plaats aan het zwembad. De animatie kon beter maar het was wel einde seizoen, dus misschien was de scherpte er wat af.

We had a fantastic time at here, the food was exceptional, with a huge array of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lay out of the hotel, pool areas and access to the sea was great too and it was nice to spend time in different areas(including the kids pool with my two year old) The staff were brilliant also, from the team in the dining area or serving drinks by the pool or bars or on reception or the cleaning staff. The kids club was excellent too and my six year old daughter could not get enough of that or the mini disco which was the highlight of her day... and ours ! All in all we had a fantastic stay there and could not fault anything and highly recommend.

Ottima struttura adatta soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Personale per la pulizia delle camere sempre disponibili fino a tarda sera: Passano più volte nel corso della giornata per chiedere se c'è bisogno di qualcosa. Formula all inclusive completa.

The pictures of hotel look like a new hotel. In reality only the dining area and rooms are renovated. Hotel lobby is very out dated. Food is good and staffs are friendly and helpful.

Super : La qualité de la nourriture est excellente, le personnel est très serviable et très gentil. Point d'amélioration : le restaurant japonais n'a aucun intérêt il devrait être transformé en restaurant italien (une cuisine parfaitement maitrisée sur place comme les pizzas, les pâtes parfaitement cuites, ..) La qualité des cocktails est très variable selon le barman et nous avons du en jeter plusieurs car imbuvables

Food great. Staff great. This property is NoT 5 star. The grounds are a work in progress. I would have been ashamed to offer a ‘garden view’ which was basically a scrappy field with no planting bare earth and pretty bleak. No soap or decent re usable products in bathroom only refillable bottles. First time I’ve ever had to go out to buy soap! If you didn’t get a bed by pool there was no service, why you would go to the tiny unkempt beach I have no idea. . Toilet facilities at snack bar v poor and reported but nothing done. I could go on. There’s only 2 pools btw! Not 3. The tiny kids club pool doesn’t count. I’m also pretty sure that people were walking in not guests. There’s no security so why not.

Can’t say enough good things about the hotel!! The staff was very accommodating and helpful!! Basso, the manager went above and beyond to take care of my wife and her dietary needs. Every meal they chefs had special meals prepared for her. The resort was amazing. My kids 9 and 16 both had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to go back again. We absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to Corfu!!

Das Personal und besonders zu erwähnen die sehr, sehr netten Frauen an der Rezeption. Das Essen ist gut und es ist für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert und es stand jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben gelesen, daß 2023 das Hotel in ein 5 Sterne Hotel umgebaut werden soll. Da wartet viel Arbeit auf das Management. Das Hotel ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt und man kommt mit dem Bus sehr gut on die Stadt. Ich wünsche allen Angestellten alles Gute und viel Erfolg bei der Neueröffnung im Frühjahr 2023. Ich kann das Hotel mit einem "GUT" mit Luft nach oben empfehlen. 😀

What a hospitable place. They prepared a cold plate for us in case we arrived past 9pm. We were just before, so they sent us in for food before the buffet closed... and we could check in afterwards.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was great, and the property is beautiful. It was wonderful sitting by the sea. The only thing we wished was that there was more than one dining option. Reservations were difficult to get for the other two dining options - the Asian restaurant and the Greek Taverna. I'm sure after the upgrade there will be more dining options. Overall, we had a nice time.

Greeted with a miserable face and a list of rules, including not to put your towels on sun beds until you use them, only to find everyone did so we struggled to get a sun bed. Planes fly over every hour, pool is full of filth. No beach to speak of (what is there is synthetic). Wifi is horrible. Coffee to shred your guts. No where to eat nearby, you have to get on the bus or taxi to Corfu town. Sunbed broke under my 10 year old, no apology. Horrible. Apparently having a refurb next year. Needs it.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très pro toujours souriant et à l'écoute des clients. Hotel propre et restauration variées avec des legumes et fruits frais à chaque repas. Possibilité de louer voiture ou petit bateau sur place. La plage n'est pas terrible,il faut prendre une voiture si vous souhaitez profiter des belles plages de corfu.

Overall very nice stay. Food was plentiful and lot of choice. Not so much choice of beer and wine, unless paying for it. Room comfortable and clean with lovely sea view. Could see cruise liners docking and leaving Corfu town port. Swimming pools good size including baby pool and not over-crowded. Entertainment was good on a few nights, kids club seemed fun. Would recommend staying here.

Its situated away from the main shopping area but compensated by having a lovely beach just behind the pool - the food is great and the staff are very helpful and cheery. Corfu Old Town is easily reached by Taxi and it is full of character, the inclusive Cocktails at the Hotel are excellent- we would return again and recommend it.

My review is somewhat clouded due to a strike involving the cleaners, waiters and other operational staff for two complete days and which covered a significant proportion of our trip. We were informed on Day 1 that the strike would go ahead the next day but that the rooms would have fresh linen and water stocked up. In fact no fresh linen or water was made available, wooden cutlery and paper plates, limited bar service and two of the three restaurants shut. Needless to say the hotel was not too clean at this time. I had a chat with the manager, Mr Urselmann, requested that our room be cleaned on the second day, he clearly stated that he would review and get back to me within a couple of hours....which did not happen, he basically ignored us when passing us a few times the following day ....I am still waiting and will take this forward with Expedia. The staff who did not strike did their very best, and are a credit to the hotel. The management would have known about this strike and should really have taken steps to ensure that a form of cover was available - it was quite apparent that this did not happen. I understand that these reviews pass across Mr Urselmann's desk and would be pleased to hear his comments.

Overall a positive experience. Some notes I would have liked to know beforehand: It advertises 3 Restaurants but 2 of them need pre-booking well in advance, with very limited space. So basically only 1 restaurant. Food was excellent, but unfortunately not a lot of gluten free options, we struggled a lot with that. The hotel rooms are kept clean but they are very very old. Feels more like a 3 star hotel. No toiletries provided. (only soap) Cocktails at the bar were very good but highly dependent on the temperament of the bartender. I once requested a Bloody Mary and simply got Tomato Juice with vodka. (no lime, salt nor the essential condiments!) basically undrinkable. The shop inside the hotel looks more like an antique shop, since they are selling products covered in dust and in bad condition. Sun lotion 4X more expensive than the Aldi outside the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the beach, which for me was one of the main requirements. Very small, dirty (of natural debris). Grass growing through the sand. Basically very difficult for a kid to build a sand castle or properly play with sand as in other beaches. The area around the hotel is very rough and actually dangerous to walk as it is a high speed avenue with very small pavements, no zebra crossings nor traffic lights nearby. Definitely avoid the area. Fortunately you can get a taxi to the town centre for about 10-15 Euro. Very close to the airport, super convenient.

Hôtel bien situé au niveau de l aéroport. Nous avons été déçu du personnel qui était très peu nombreux à parler français ou allemand . De plus les repas ,sont très peu variés au niveau de la viande et nous espérions tellement déguster du poisson.... Énorme déception au niveau de la plage, petite,sale,et la mer sent l'odeur du gasoil, dailleur nos maillot de bain ont été imprégnés de cette odeur.. Nous avons dû passer le reste de nos vacances au bord de le piscinesl, alors que nous venions pour la mer ionienne Énorme déception ...De plus pour anecdote, nous avons été contraints de changer de chambre,car il y avait une infiltration d'eau sur le toit...nous avons du remballer et défaire nos valises dans une chambre..un étage au dessous..

Me gusto sobre todo el trato recibido por el personal del hotel. Siempre nos recibían con un kalimera y un kalispera desde el desayuno hasta la cena. Las trabajadoras encargadas de las habitaciones, los responsables de la recepción, los camareros, el personal de animación, un gran equipo todos. Y un recuerdo especial para Cecilia que ha llevado a corfu una parte de México. Desde España gracias por 7 días inolvidables
