"We had a great 3 night stay with 2 children and 2 adults. As others have said, the upstairs rm is really only accessible for older children (5/6 +) & adults due to v v steep stairway. Bed upstairs was super comfy, twin beds a little on the hard side for us. Note that only 13 tog duvets were available if this is likely to be a problem. "Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. The glazing at the front of the property was great and kept most of the traffic noise out,...
