"The check-in process was extremely slow. Each guest took more than 20 minutes to check in, resulting in a very long wait. We had booked a room for four people, but the staff initially insisted that two adults and two children (aged 8 and 11) could sleep in one double bed. We had to insist on being given a suitable room. Eventually, we were moved to a slightly larger room, but it was still very cramped, with barely enough space to open one of our three suitcases. When we finally entered the...

"Flot nyt hotel "

"Good location, rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. Staff very friendly and eager to help and greet you every time you walk through the door."

"Nice hotel, Many stairs, not much available sunbeds, and the aircon was of in the corridors, and the doors were open.. very hot inside"

"Room was exactly what I needed, all was very well laid out and staff were friendly"

"We can highly recommend that you and your family stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly service-minded and helpful – far beyond all expectations. A special thanks to Cheryl and Nurul at the reception for their outstanding assistance. Our first stay was so wonderful that we decided to book the hotel again – and both visits have been absolutely delightful. We only have good experiences and fond memories from Quincy Hotel and Singapore. Again thank you Cheryl and Nurul. In addition to the...

"So the location, the room, and staff were all fine. However, this hotel has a very strange check in and check out policy. I originally booked for 2 days and their checkin time was 8 PM (ok, that was late but I figured that I could make it work. I was then told that I would have to leave and recheck in on the subsequent day. I guess they rent their rooms out in 12 hr shifts. Needless to say, I contacted Expedia and the manager accommodated me like a normal hotel. Now, to be clear, I didn’t mind...

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel has a beautiful interior. The friendly and accommodating staff made it super comfortable for us to stay with two small kids. Will definitely stay there again! "
