"This was my second stay here, I plan to be back every year when I come to Downingtown. The staff is very friendly and service-minded, the rooms are nice and everything I could ask for in this category of hotel, the breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel itself is nice, clean and easily accessible. The only flaws I can think of is the the room I got on the second floor was noisy (but they moved me right away when I asked for it), and the waitresses often forget to give me and my colleague...
