The 8 year old could have slept on the couch in the common area downstairs, but slept in the 2nd bedroom in a bunk bed, where parents were in a double bed. "Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan.
