"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"Everything about this location and my experience with VRBO has been wonderful. My host sent me all the information necessary, it was easy access in. They thought of everything possible that I could need to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great little back porch looking out at a yard. Easy parking no problems. The only thing they didn't tell me was about the stairs going up to the porch to get in. I ended up having to carry my dog up and down...
