"I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

"The property was great. I was nervous traveling to St Louis as a single mom with kids, but I felt very safe during my stay. The home was well equipped and had a lot of space. My kids LOVED the arcade table!! The host communicated well and check in and check out went smoothly. I would 100% recommend this place for your next stay in St Louis!"

"The property was even nicer than the VRBO photos. The kitchen is small but had all the basics needed if someone wanted to dine in. Property was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and easy to get to the interstate to go to St Louis. The neighborhood is very walkable and also very quiet. Communication with the host was excellent."

"The price was cheap but I would not recommend the property. It is run down and depressing. My room had a deep depression under the carpeting near the bed that almost made me stumble. Upon checking in, I was charged extra fees I wasn't prepared for. There is no-one onsite during off hours to provide assistance."
