"Our stay was great. I’m giving it a 5-star rating because the value was perfect. The location for us was fanstastic. We will definitely look to stay at this property again. The place was clean and definitely roomy. The community is very walkable and quiet. Now that said, we were quite a distance from the KSU campus and the sports complexes. We couldn’t walk to any stores or restaurants. There’s a shared bath on the second floor and a very nice bath in the basement with an external computer...

"Overall very happy with the process and property. We were attending a family wedding and needed accommodation for 9 people. We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half...

"The location was too far to walk to the old town area. It was clean and we appreciated the large coach and dining table. The bedrooms were small and the large beds (comfy) did not allow for side tables. It made charging all of our devices challenging. All in all a satisfactory experience for the price. Arvada is a neat area!"
