"This house is very close to Pike's Peak and Mannitou Incline so it was perfect for our hiking vacation. It's a sweet little house with character, lovely furnishings and a beautiful yard where we enjoyed eating breakfast. We had 4 adults in our group and it was a great size. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, and 2 would have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bedroom, but the third room would be a perfect room for children. "

"Wonderful stay with beautiful views. The sound of the creek was instantly relaxing. Great location near plenty of restaurants, hikes & attractions. Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience!"

"Great location close to LoHi. Gorgeous property and yard. Lots of beautiful flowers and yard was beautiful. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Rocking porch swing, fire pits and hot tub. Cottage was darling with local artwork and some antiques that reminds you of your childhood. It’s simply Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"The home is beautiful, clean, and very well-stocked with conveniences! The yard was not yet landscaped because it is so new, and there isn't a deck yet. The furniture is all new, also. "Nice hotel about 15 minutes by car to downtown. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, but needed som updates. The showedrain was clogged, and even after maintenance fixed it, it was not 100%. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work and the door was jamming. The breakfast is very nice with juice, coffee an tea. You order from a menu with plenty of healthy options. The pool area is a bit dated. The staff were nice and welcoming. The cookie at arrival was delicious, and we were offered one when checking out as well, possibly to make up for the fire alarm that woke us up before 7 :)"
