"Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. "

"The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer...

"Beautiful place. The amenities were amazing! Loved the extra touches including a basket of goodies. Everything from the bath towels to the shampoo was 5 star. The only thing we were missing was hand soap. I’m sure it was just an oversight. The only trouble we had was that we didn’t realize we were supposed to enter through the garage. I didn’t realize the garage was included which was our misunderstanding. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood felt safe. We were only a few blocks from the art show I was in so it was extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of space for 4 adults."
