B&B i Great Ocean Road

"due to bushfire in the otway, owner allowed to check in ealiery before normal 3 pm. spacy and clean room. location is very well decorated w/ italian style and a lot of flowers around that b&b venue. owner offerd breakfast or for more flexability self-organized breakfast w/ free access to fridge with a lot of bf items. i will come back in the far future next time travelling from europe to aussie."

"No one was there to check us in but we called the number on the door and they gave us our room number. It was clean, our room had a spacious bath and a balcony. Parking was a little tight. It was a few minutes away from town, and the beach wasn’t as close as we were led to believe, but it was quiet and comfy."

"The Butterfly Farm and its hosts Karen and John are very rare finds of the absolute best kind :-). The room was very spacious with a fridge, table, heated blankets (:-)) and included access to a veranda, a huge bathroom, a big corridor and a separate toilet. Karen and John were extremely welcoming and the breakfast a delight!!! We are so happy we found this place and heartedly recommend it to anyone that needs a special retreat for the night. "

"Staff and atmosphere delightful as was the sunny front dining courtyard. Old fashioned comfort and charm and marvellous view from bedroom over 19th C rooftops to the sea. Fabulous location near bech, cafes, museum, PO, Bus stop etc. Forget ensuite bathrooms."
