"We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. "Cristina was an awesome host. The house was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Very easy to check in. House is even better than the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Three TVs. Very close to food and drinks. There is actually a restaurant and bar (great food) next door to the house. Niagara Falls and Canadian Bridge is so close. You will love this one."

"My friends and I are from Pittsburgh and we wanted to take a trip together before my wedding. We only wanted to drive 2 or 3 hours from home. We ended up choosing Ashtabula and it's a nice town with a nice beach. Unfortunately the beach closest to the house is poor quality and dirty. Lots of geese and smelly geese droppings all throughout the sand. Walnut beach is a short drive away and I recommend it over Lake shore park if you're looking for a beach. "We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very clean and organized. It also had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend trip. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest just because there was a lot of late night noise and commotion but other than that I would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. Very clean, as advertised. Only thing I wish I noticed was there is no back door access to back yard, and there is no gate for back yard, so not really enclosed for pets. It was only a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. "

"It was a wonderful stay in an amazing property. Tara is a superb host and was always reachable. The best part was the quick walk from the house to the Aquarium from where we could catch the shuttle to the Niagara park and back. Kids loved the stay and the game room was also great. Will surely recommend renting this placefor a great Niagara falls vacation."

"Vi havde brug for et hotel nær Niagra, hvor vi havde adgang til køkken. Det blev en bookning i sidste øjeblik - meget var udsolgt, så vi tog dette hotel. Vi frygtede vi ville høre en masse larm pga. den nærliggende lufthavn, men det var ikke så slemt. Vi hørte lidt støj fra en flyver en gang imellem, men ikke særlig tit - det var bestemt ikke noget der forstyrrede vores nattesøvn eller ro. Det var et meget "plain" ophold. Der var hvad vi havde brug for. 2 seng og et lille køkken. Rigtig fint til prisen. "
