Over rated and worn
Over rated, we booked a room with balcony, but the balcony could not be used. A lot of sounds from other rooms and hallway due to older hotel. Very friendly staff

Layout was great, kitchen well euipped. Parking easy and convenient and hotel VERY responsive via text. Came in on a COLD night so room took a while to warm up, but not a big deal. Comfortable stay!

It was the perfect little house for our stay in Maine. We loved the location - much quieter than places closer to the island, and there was a lot to do right nearby on the schoodic peninsula. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable when we weren’t out exploring!
