"The apartment is just as listed. It was super clean with new appliances and furniture. We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying...

"Very nice property for family. Property Manager quickly responded with additional supplies, bathroom tissue, paper towels. Little skippy on towels but washer and dryer available. Check-in confusing, website for instructions were provided but no links provided on Vrbo app. Made navigation a little difficult. Overall I would stay at property again. "

"Central location was great, however homeless walked the streets and parking lot often. My stay was 3 nights and it took me asking each evening for a washcloth before getting a dish towel delivered to me on the third night to shower with. The unit was equipped with the basics. One spoon, one fork and one butter knife, a wine bottle opener- but not a can opener. Dish soap, but no dish cloths or dish towel (other than the one delivered to clean myself with). "Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. "
