"Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...

"This was just right for a short stay. The place was so clean, fresh linens and towels. Good location (I will be closer to the downtown next time). Any questions about the property was quickly answered. Quiet at night. And not bad during the day, even though its on a busy street. We brought our dog. She loved walking the neighborhood.
