"Fantastisk oplevelse. Fik bobler ved indtjekning - der blev også serveret til de to der ventede i bilen. LÆKKERT stort værelse med dejlig balkon. Dejlige senge, lækre produkter på stedet. Alt var bare i top. Dog er maden, behandlinger osv i den dyre ende. Pool områderne er dejlige og personalet er søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. "

I understand and respect that, but for me that is not a recommendation and is a downside that there are no room for that. For that price - I would have chosen and option with a “dark corner” where all the “outlaws” could...
"The property atmosphere is very nice. The tiki bar area had some music playing but it was not too loud so I appreciated that. Conveniently located in the middle of Marathon and easy access off of US1. The only downside I saw was that there did not appear to be space to accommodate a boat or trailer should I decide to bring my boat with me on a future trip. "
"There was something wrong with the door to the room we had booked. We could not open it because it was coming off the hinges. The receptionist called maintenance who could not fix it. We ended up getting a superior room at the bay front as a free upgrade. The staff was very helpful."
"Beautiful location and charming surroundings. We stayed 2 nights at the lodge and really enjoyed the location right on the water. The room was clean, but a little bit worn down. The breakfast is not very interesting."

We chose this place because the description had the caption “peaceful” and we needed a place to wind down after a trip to Universal Studios.
However - we were unable to sit outside on our patio because of a chaos of children running around screaming and playing all the time - and they were only 1 meter away from the sofa on our patio, where we were supposed to sit and relax- which was absolutely impossible.
(We love children and have one with us ourselves, but this was absolutely horrible)
Even though we closed the door and went inside (sitting indoors behind closed doors was not the purpose of our stay), we could still hear everything that went on outside and on top of that, you can literally hear every single word, your neighbors are saying in their room next door.
Overall impression: Hotel and rooms itself are worn down and in need of both paint and general maintenance - desperately in need of walls with soundproofing in order to provide guests with a minimum of privacy.
We ended up leaving 3 nights before we were supposed to (without getting any money back) - that seems to say it all."
