"Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids."

"We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."

"There was 2 of us staying for 2 nights (females in separate rooms).Check in was good with very clear easy to understand instructions. The house was easy enough to get to, although if you have accessibility issues, it would be difficult to access due to gravel path and steps 'up' into the house. There's 2 or 3 steps up, to get in the door.The house was very clean, beautifully clean. Was very comfortable.House was definitely family friendly. TV, Netflix was good. We never seen the host/s at all...

"The number for the property has bird poop in it so made it hard to see number 1.rooms were great. ( one bedroom had blood on the wall near the bed.) toilets only had a small amount of toilet paper on it with no spares, luckily we brought our own.suggestion to add white paint line on black deck, so steps can be seen better, a member fell because couldnt see step down. the white hand rail banister on bottom was very loose. front board walk in near front steps has broken slat, it will break...

"Kilcunda Coast House was a very cute cottage set on a picturesque landscape with a view that you could stare at for hours! We went with our four ‘studying’ children so they could somewhat enjoy their exam preparation period. This cottage hit the mark with the wood fire, the large and well-equipped kitchen to prepare study snacks in, the coffee (fresh beans!) machine and comfortable beds. It didn’t necessarily bother us as we weren’t watching TV a lot but for some reason, we could only tune into...
