Instead of just pre-authorizing the security deposit, they insisted on charging it and paying it back meaning that – as a tourist – I got to pay a currency conversion rate twice for something I shouldn’t pay for."

"We always stay at Drury in Brentwood Mo when traveling. This past trip was a little disappointing. We mentioned to the cleaning staff that we were ready for cleaning and returned to find the room untouched especially no clean towels."

When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. "The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. I didn't like the fact that we were not notified of the $10 per night parking until we checked in. I would have assumed that the price of the room would cover that. There were two parking spaces marked "for check-in only", but they were blocked with cones, so we had to park in the parking garage to check in"

"Rooms were disgusting. Bedspread, pillows and sheets were discolored n the room smelled horrible as well. Floor and bathroom were not maintained or cleaned hardly ever. It hasn't been maintained in quite awhile. Wouldn't stay here ever again."
