"Big picture - this house is probably top 10 of all the houses we’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. Great bedrooms with ensuites and a massive kitchen area for cooking and hanging out. However, it could use some TLC in the cleaning department (indoors and out) as well as some attention to details to really make it shine. Arrival - there are wires where the doorbell should be and the keypad is a first-gen 10-digit code that requires code for entry and exit; also, the back door was wide open...

"Smoke alarm Kept going off in the game Room. No battery for the igniter on the grill. Besides that everything else was amazing. The lake was 5 ft over its banks so it made it almost impossible to get into the water. ac in the bunk beds room isn’t Sufficient. Loved the house though."

"The property was very cute and actually being by the railroad tract was fun and different and the kids enjoyed it. I was worried about the noise from them but it didnt impact us. There was a plumbing issue (just the quirks of being on septic) but Kim was super responsive. We had a weddng near by and the location worked well for that. The immediate area doesnt offer much but a short drive into town and there's everything. Its definitely quiet except for the passing trains."

"This home was absolutely perfect for mine and my mom's visit to watch my niece graduate from the nearby high school. Comfy beds and super fantastic pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The Master Bathroom has great lighting for me to do my makeup, and the shower has a nice rain shower and spa sprayer for my showering pleasure.
