"Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area."

"This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

"Checkout is noon. They started knocking at 11 then every 15 minutes until we left."

"You can tell this was once a beautiful place. It is very tired now. Pealing wall paper, worn out furniture, paint coming off walls and ceilings and even tattered lace curtains on the windows. Could be beautiful again but would take a large amount of money and work."

"This was a deal! Got much more than room-breakfast and access to water park. Lots of families but it seems like adult travelers they put on top floor so a little quiet. Was right next to event center where we were attending a show and right next to Tony Roma restaurant so very convenient. We didn't go to casino but that was right across the parking lot (walking distance). Would definitely stay here again!"

"Toilettet kunne ikke skylle ud og vandet rendte konstant. Jeg fik en op for at fikse det, og så gik jeg ud efter mad og regnede med at det ville være fixet når jeg kom tilbage, det var det så ikke og de var gået hjem for dagen. Så opdagede jeg at det kolde vand slet ikke fungerede i brusseren så det var utroligt varmt vand der kom ud. Så måtte overnatte uden et toilet."

"Great hotel"

"This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left."

"this would be a location where you just want to get a night's sleep. Cheap amenities, small TV with incomplete list of channel selections."

"Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had."

"Nice place to stay, room was really nice"
