"Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake. Beautiful area and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The studio was clean, quiet and peaceful. Most comfy couch we’ve sat in for a while ! We didn’t have any need to contact the host during our stay, but the communication upcoming and after the stay was great. Would happily recommend for travels to the area "
