Checked in with Vickie and she was friendly and helpful. Got us a nice quiet room away from the pool. Room was clean and well stocked, bathroom is a little small. Breakfast area is a little cramped, but we enjoyed the offerings. I’d stay again

Our room had a VERY overwhelming smell of smoke. I specifically ordered a room that said non-smoking. The lady at the front desk was VERY nice and friendly and even came to the room to smell. She said that she agreed with us and that the room must not have been ozoned after the last people had smoked in there. They did not have another room available and due to my allergies we had to leave. I am assuming that since the hotel could not provide us with a smoke free room that we will be reimbursed for our stay. I want to once again mention that the lady at the front was very nice, helpful and took the situation seriously. I appreciate that but she could not authorize the refund so I am hopeful that Expedia will be able to take care of this for me.

Great location with easy access to all the places in downtown. Room was very cleaned and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Our door would not lock. Anyone could walk in at anytime. We told the front desk about it. All they said was they could watch our room while we were gone. This was not acceptable. We got moved to a room with only 1 queen bed. Paid and booked a room with 2 queen beds.

Hello Chris, we are sorry for the inconvenience ..I did offer to watch your room while i did the repairs on the door or you could move to another room so you would not be inconvenienced .I also issued you a refund of the cost difference between room types as promised.

The room was a little on the small side, especially the bathroom, but we were there for one night only and the price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We slept in so we missed breakfast.

The entry door to the BACK parking lot was not Locke d and non-functional. Even worse when I gazed around the room this morning I saw a wall mount for a smoke detector but NO DETECTOR. From a safety inspection standpoint this would be a low probability event with possible lethal / deadly consequences. I'll not be back

While this motel is more basic than high-end, my room was spotless, the common areas were always tidy and the staff was efficient and friendly.

This is a pretty good place considering the price. Very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is so-so with heated up omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy. I was looking for non meat and cheese options so I was happy to get Raisin Bran and bananas. Room is small but ok for an overnight on the way west.

Very disappointed that there are no elevators. This is an older property that has had a lot of paint and cosmetic things done to it. It is not the most modern property. Shower/toilet area is very small. Room was nice and clean. Very obvious that it was recently renovated. Breakfast was average. It was acceptable for the price. I just wish they would have stated that it is a 2story property without elevators.

It is a few miles off the freeway, so not super convenient for someone just passing through on I-80, as we were. Front desk person was very nice, and facility is in good condition.
