Really nice staff! Good breakfast. Hippie/flea market decor might not appeal to everyone (lots of plywood). Weird smells in bathroom, but the customer service made that less of an issue.

The location is wonderful - just minutes away on foot from the city center. The folks at the front desk were most friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of recommended restaurants that was very helpful (great food!) A welcome bottle of wine was very much appreciated as well! The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a convenient and well-functioning bathroom. Overall, just a great experience.

Well decorated room with all the required amenities. Roof top terrace offers some spectacular views. Location is a walkable distance to Alhambra, old town and all major tourist spots although hills and/or stairs are involved. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke with English for an easy check in and some local information. If you have mobility issues, specify this in booking as there is no lift and only a few rooms at ground level.

The location was great! Yes, up a bit of a hill but so worth it! The room was spacious, clean and great view. We especially loved the roof top patio and the views from there. Wow! Sabrina at the front was so very helpful with great recommendations and helping me to make a reservation at a super Hammam bath house. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Great boutique hotel. Quirky with nice decoration. In my option, a bit over priced. Could be weekend rates, but i feel like i over paid. The breakfast was nothing fancy,and certinally not value for money, convience? Yes. But just walk down the stret for a way more affordable breakfast with variety. The employees were delighful, helpful, friendly and went well above to make sure i was comfortable. I would stay again, just not pay more than €110 again.

The hotel room was very nice and staff were very helpful and communicative. The location is within 10 minutes of Alhambra, so it is perfect! The only minor downside was that the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Incredible. I would definitely stay there again. This place is as cleaner and had better service than other 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs and they do not have an elevator and the cleaning staff was very attentive if I needed anything. The only suggestion I have was to check the corners of the room for any mold spots to ensure the air quality of the visitors. Overall this place is close to all Granada attractions, I slept comfortably and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a beautiful rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. It was a very close to all the major attractions to be able to walk, especially the Alhambra. There were many restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were very helpful. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The only area for improvement would be that all the counter surfaces were not wiped down but otherwise was very clean and we would definitely stay again. Also, it is important to know that the taxi could not drive right up to the door so there were quite a few stairs to climb to get to the hotel as it is on a hill. We booked a room on first floor thinking we wouldn’t have to bring our suitcases up the stairs but there are still stairs. It looked like there was a wheelchair access elevator at the back of the hotel, but I’m not sure how you access that. After hours there is no one at the front desk, and all the lights in the hallways are turned off, so it would make it difficult to check in after hours and find your way up the stairs in the dark.

I loved the hotel, hostel. It is a clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Their employees are wonderful. I was sick during my stay and one of their employees, Rosana, sent to buy medicine, brought me a Hot Tea and I looked for a quilt and wrapped myself up. I felt loved, very well cared and at home. Breakfast was delicious. I will return to Granada and stay here again. I recommend!

This is a delightful small hotel conveniently located in Granada. An easy walk to the Cathedral and the central area. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and always pleasant and cheerful.
