"The house was comfortable, well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. The kids loved the bunk room and games and appreciated the extra refrigerator and freezer in that room. The location is great, close to the sandy beach and downtown Grandbury. Definitely one we would book again!"

"This property is located very close to the lake and you have to drive past some not so great looking places. But we had no issues with the neighbors. In fact everyone we talked to was super friendly. The bed (queen up top) was extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep with AC blowing cold. The boat Ramp is a little sketchy with no courtesy dock so be prepared. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a beautiful, historic home in the edge of the Granbury downtown square. The home is complete with photos of early family residents hung on the wall. Very nice touch. The home was ready for us when we arrived and in perfect condition. Things were as expected and easy to find. I will definitely stay here again when I return the Granbury to visit my grandsons."

Roads and highways were easily accessible from the property. The bedrooms were good sized with plenty of comfortable beds."

Enjoyed gold at Sugar Tree nearby, but spent the vast majority of the weekend down by the water taking full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area. It was a great spot to relax, catch up and grill, cook and hang for a weekend. The cabana area was great and convenient, from the kitchen to even having a TV. Great spot!"
