"We asked to check in just a bit early and they were not accommodating. While we were waiting outside the property waiting to check in, the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes prior, and did not appear to do much cleaning. I’m unsure why they couldn’t have accommodated. Also when the crew left they didn’t even acknowledge us to say we could go in. One of the TV’s in the bedrooms was nonfunctional and when I asked for assistance, they sent maintenance out and ended up providing a Roku, but expected...

"House was nice and clean"

"Place was clean. Honestly we weren’t there long to give much of a review. Stayed with a couple high school friends that I met up with We stayed one night and only slept there and got ready for an event we all had to be at by 11a. Since we needed 3 rooms this was way cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. The others got there before I did and said it was easy to get in. The screened in porch was nice and gave my other friends some privacy for a web meeting she needed to attend."

"Across the street is a hub of activities, lots of things to do. The place was okay at best, not a 5-star accommodation but was cozy. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. I could eat it everyday.The cottage is small but has all the necessities you need, there was a wedding across the street Saturday evening during our stay and I thought it would keep us up all night but the rooms being on the backside prevent...

"Comfy beds, great location!"

"It’s an old house with a musty smell. The bathroom light did not work and no one followed up with us after reporting this issue. The bed we slept in was very comfortable so that was a definite plus. The location was also perfect."
