"Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the...

"An unfortunate experience. Got the impression of a hotel in decline and a management taking little ownership of the issues. We - and others - lived next to a generator running 24 hours that kept the tranquil vineland experience safely at bay (!) "
