"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future."

"Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous. The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV. "We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house hugely surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of 17. Richard and Sue were great hosts and very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Will definitely be coming back!"

"The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. "It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"

"The room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The pub below is a bit noisy at night and can go quite late but was ok with ear plugs. There were also different addresses on the listing and I couldn’t reach the host to confirm, but thankfully there is only 1 pub in the village so I was able to confirm the address through emailing the pub directly and they responded very quickly via email.Just a couple minutes drive from the coast - it’s such a beautiful area!"
