"Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. We would have appreciated a little more communication regarding accessing the unit, and/or someone on site to welcome us and be available to answer questions. We also were not thrilled...

"Over Memorial Weekend we had 4 adults and a toddler with us staying in this lovely condo. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and open concept there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy a comfortable place to wind down after a busy day at the lake. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was an excellent spot to rest the night before a planned outing. All of the building codes were emailed in advance, and the bed was so comfortable I was asleep in about 10 minutes. Would def. use again!"

"We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!"

"Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Cute rustic decor and a great location. My husband and I wear able to walk to dinner each night and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were even able to bring our dog and he loved it too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends."

"The place is very clean and well located. Little amenities would have enhanced the experience. There were no tissues in the apartment. The bath and body products were enough for 1 night…so if you plan to stay any longer, bring your own. The bath towels were flimsy. There was only 1 small 1 oz dish detergent…which is fine if you are staying 1 night. The dishwasher pods looked like they had been there a few years…discolored and hard as a rock. Even though the listing was accurate, we were still surprised by how lovely it was when we walked in: updated, nicely furnished, clean, calm, comfortable, well-situated. And, when we had a question, Alex was very accessible and helpful. What a delightful place and stay! We are so grateful."

"There was confusion at check-in as they where not prepared for our rental. But the owners where very quick to respond, and had the place ready in a half hour. This was great for a over vintage stay, but would not be comfortable for more than that."
