"We loved our stay from beginning to end. We had a suite downstairs near the breakfast room (convenient). The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. It would have been yummy on a paper plate but the breakfasts here are served on fine China. Hearty and healthy food to start our day was much appreciated.

"As our first ever stay in a bed and breakfast, it was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind, the room was cute, and breakfast was great. Keep in mind you are staying above a restaurant in an old house so it is pretty old. The shower was not the best but everything else was beautiful! For sure would stay again!"

The porches and complimentary wine, brandy, and snacks offered a perfect respite in the afternoon after a day of exploring the sights and shopping in the historic district of the city. "Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge.
Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."
