Great view of Mt Hood from our upstairs room, babbling brook down below (maybe from all the recent snow) Coffee juice and snacks (yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal) available 24/7. Rooms were big, beds comfortable and blackout shades a plus

We needed a place for a quick overnight before our Airbnb was ready. It served a great purpose, and the beds were really comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is the entryway isn’t very user-friendly with baggage. It’s narrow and you have to turn corners. It would help if it was straight on. .

5-stars! Short stay for me - late check-in and early departure. Everything as expected / planned / booked. This hotel gets 5 stars because of the front desk personnel - authentic! Made my stay!

Breakfast options were very limited. Only apples, no low fat or fat free milk. No high fiber options. Needed to ask for items they ran out of. They were helpful. Only on lamp on one side of the bed. Toilet paper like sandpaper.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Totally overpriced for a barely average hotel. And breakfast starts at 7, which is late for a ski resort area.

We stayed there three nights for a ski trip mini-vacation (Mt. Hood Meadows). This place is further away from My. Hood Meadows than I thought (about 20 minutes away). The road noise from the freeway kept us up the first night - but we were able to get around that the second and third nights by turning the fan on full blast. The Continental breakfast was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great here. See less check in and out. The Spa Room has a huge hot tub. One of the best continental breakfasts at a regular hotel.

Great spot to stay in when snowboarding! Great amenities. Easy check in. Breakfast was yummy. Also loved the hot tub spa! Clean facility. Highly recommend.

Great location and friendly staff
The location is great and the staff was very friendly. During our visit, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. That was a little disappointing since our family was looking forward to warming up after a day tubing and sledding. It was nice to have breakfast included and our kids enjoyed their pancake making machine. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again and will just hope the jacuzzi is heated next time.

Seems like it has gone downhill since staying there prior to covid. Not the cleanest… dirty towels in the spa were there for 3 days, ants in the lobby area. Breakfast was late 2 of the 3 days and not the best… running out of items, sour milk…. Disappointed as we used to like staying here before but will be looking for other options if returning to ski in that area.

Our stay was awesome. The hotel is centrally located near most attractions, restaurants and stores in Government Camp. And the free breakfast was very good as well.

Fun weekend but not so much fun parking situation
It was a fun sibling weekend trip but the parking situation was super unfortunate. It kinda made us not want to do things so we won’t loose our parking spot!!! Even though the real nice gentlemen at front desk tried his best to accommodate us every time we left to do a activity and lost our parking spot it seemed like there was not enough parking spots for the hotel. He mentioned our 2nd night there that it was booked out but you would think they would be enough parking spots. For all paying customers. We had planned go out to some late night bar hoppin but we didn’t because our DD didn’t want to loose there parking spot the first night.

The staff was available when needed, but not very proactive. Towels for the spa ran out and had to ask for more. Utensils ran out for breakfast as well as food. Had to ask for items and retrieve ourselves broom and shovel to get our car unburied from the snow.
