"Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. "First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). "Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. "A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option...

"The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The extra shed house is across the street out the gate, not suitable for children FYI. Das Haus ist groß und für eine kleine Gruppe ideal, es kam einmal eine Putzfrau und hat alles auf Vordermann gebracht und der Pool wurde in der Woche ebenfalls zweimal gesäubert. "Hotellet var slidt og beskidt. Stranden var ikke badevenlig og der flød med affald. Bestilte en 2 værelses lejlighed med balkon, hvilket slet ikke findes på dette hotel.
