"Great place with focus on service and quality. We had a good time. However the biggest challenge is Bansko it self which at this time of year has a constant smog form the use of coal in the city. Not a problem a the piste. But a thing which will prevent me from staying at a local hotel again (next time we escape the smog)"

Vi skulle selv sørge for at dække bordet med bestik og servietter. Hotellet ligger ikke centralt i byen, men er relativt tæt på liften. Spa og sauna var udmærket og åben, men aromaterapi var lukket. "We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights. "
