Located in a serene neighbourhood, our home is close to everything you need. A short 300-meter stroll brings you to local cafes and eateries including two seafood, fish and chip shops, local café and bakery, an Italian Pizza, and a Thai Restaurant .
Just 1.2 km away is Lake Haven Shopping Centre, with Coles, ALDI, Kmart, and many other shops and restaurants.

The beautiful beaches of the Central Coast and the historic Norah Head Lighthouse are only a 10-minute drive away. Whether you want to relax on the beach or explore the local sights, our Pelican Palace is ideal.

Open to endless 180 degree lake view; filled with natural sunlight from large full width windows; fully equipped with dishwashing machine, inbuilt oven and cooktop, exhaust fan; plenty of cabinets for storage, a double sink, and architecturally designed pendant light.

Open to living and dining area that create a modern and warm fell to the space, flow to the open deck convenient for indoor and outdoor dining. Imagine you holding a glass of red wine while cooking in the kitchen but still enjoy your social interaction with your guess overlooking and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake in the colourful sunset and fresh air and breeze from the full width sliding doors.

Pelican palace is a very comfortable house, close to all cafes, restaurants and shops. My husband and myself had a very nice relaxing week, definitely recommend it for families.
