Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and winery in Berrima. Phil and Annie very friendly and welcoming, including putting up t he sun umbrella and outdoor chair cushions so we could enjoy a board game in the lovely backyard. Lots of birds to watch too.

Amazing stay, Lynda and Paul are great hosts! The guest house was clean, well-maintained and had very thoughtful amenities. It was so cute seeing the lambs and sheep around.
