"Weird people around, yelling at service staff during breakfast, it feel uncomfortable. Moreover, we forgot something of some value in the room and we called as soon as we noticed: They said they didn't find anything. Qe understand it's our responsibility if we forget something, but the dishonesty is appalling. Very sad."

"It was expensive, but the friendly atmosphere, staff, clean facility were all good. A lot of safe parking spaces were available as well. "

"The room was very clean, but there is no actual closet it’s a makeshift area with a curtain you pull. Also, there is no safe. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking."

"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car...

"I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot."

"Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. "

"Nice one night stay. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was good. Didnt get to use the pool. Parking is plentiful. Check in was smooth. Even got a early check in. ID is required for all guests over 18. Only issue was all Tvs didnt work. Would stay again!"

"It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty."
