"The parking situation at La Cantera resort is HORRIBLE! Self-parking is overcrowded, meaning you drive around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to leave (and it appeared to be employees) and then you will walk uphill for a while before you ever reach the resort. If you valet, you will pay a premium (but for what), my 1st night there the "system" was down and the next day they had to "find" my car. At checkout I waited 23 minutes for them to get my car and then I had to walk to my car, they...

"Property is in the middle of renovations. To be honest is sorely needed. Everything in the room was very old. If you are a get up and go quickly person this might not be the hotel for you. You have to wait for a good cat shuttle reach time you go from your car to your room. Especially with luggage. Otherwise I think it will be very nice once the renovations are done"
