This is to some extent also the case for the resturant/pool area, where the sauna, some of the toilets and dressing rooms are in a sad state. The pool itself appeared nice, and the fitness as well. However many locals kids and families use the pool, meaning there is a lot of noise as the whole village is...

"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"
