A short set of steps leads to the entrance, where French doors on both sides of the home invite natural light and ocean air to flow effortlessly throughout the space. The fully fenced front yard features an expansive turf lawn, ideal for morning yoga, reading in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful setting.

The backyard is designed as a private wellness oasis. Guests can unwind in the spacious 4-person sauna, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, or gather around the architecturally designed firepit lounge with ample seating for group conversations under ambient evening lighting. The outdoor space also includes a BBQ area, drought-tolerant landscaping, surfboards for guest use, and direct access to a scenic walking path leading straight to the beach.

Inside, the home features a clean, modern aesthetic with an open-concept living and dining area centered around a striking waterfall marble island. The layout is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining, blending contemporary design with comfort.

The home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, modern finishes, and French doors that open directly to the backyard retreat. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and share a beautifully designed full bathroom.

Through the backyard gate, you’ll have open access to 230-acre coastal open space featuring over 10 miles of multi-use trails through eucalyptus groves, monarch butterfly breeding grounds, grassy mesas, and coastal bluffs. A 10-minute walk through a eucalyptus forest leads to spectacular ocean views and a semi-private beach.

No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture
Failure to comply with the house rules above may result in additional charges or removal from the home
